Apuseni Mountains
Albac and Arieseni localities are situated on Ariesului Valley, in a special mountain zone, near of the Campeni city. It is the place where was born Vasile Nicola-Ursu, called Horea (1730), who near the Avram Iancu, Closca and Crisan are the most representative figures of Apuseni Mountains. In this area Huda lui Papara Cave is well-known, the most conglomerated natural place from Europe. This cave is penetrated by a brook and could be arrive here by hike, on stairs, or by boat on river. In surroundings of Albac and Arieseni are the Apuseni Mountains, which give a personal beauty of area. Four Season Hotel (built in 2005) is situated in Arieseni locality, at 200 m from the Vartop ski piste, in a natural frame and a lovely mountain view. The hotel offers 16 double rooms and 4 suites. The hotel’s architecture is one original, the access in rooms is through an inside stairs and the rooms have facilities such as: private bathroom, TV satellite, soundproof windows, spacious balcony, fridge (in suites). Casa Noastra Pension is situated at 3 km far from Arieseni and 6 km from the Vartop ski peak (nocturnal with teleski) and offers 11 double rooms and a triple room divided on a floor and 3 attics. The pension’s architecture was remade in 2005, after in 2004 was distroyed by a fire. The accommodation places are gifted with private bathroom (shower), colour TV, rustic new furniture from massive oak wood, cosy mattresses, soundproof windows.
